Christ Child Society of Fort Wayne is a 501(c)(3) organization of over 200 dedicated volunteers who believe that better communities can be built by partnering with others to serve children and families in need. From our Layette program and our Crib Club efforts to help children at risk to the Backpacks, Tutoring, and Koats for Kids programs where each child is treated with the attention and respect they deserve, Christ Child Society of Fort Wayne is guided by the words of our founder, Mary Virginia Merrick, that “Nothing is ever too much to do for a child.”
Christ Child Society of Fort Wayne is resourceful and is guided by; when we see a child in need our dedicated members are moved to action. We are fueled by the joyful gift of a child’s smile when they are helped by one of our programs.
We have a long history of serving at risk kids. For over 100 years, Christ Child Society chapters in the United States have been devoted to improving the lives of children in need. The Christ Child Society of Fort Wayne is a charitable organization of volunteers of many denominations devoted to serving at-risk children regardless of race or creed.
